Head chef of Rutherglen’s Terrace Restaurant at All Saints Estate, Simon (The Mentor) will head to the CBD &
Bourke Street’s Bottega for a collaborative dinner on Friday 25th October 2019.
 
Simon is teaming up with Bottega’s Head Chef, Dusty (The Protégé & former apprentice to Simon)
as they both cook up their best dishes, featuring premium produce from North East Victoria
& the city alike, bringing you a fun & cohesive menu – course by course.
 
On the Mentor’s side of things, Simon will bring some of Rutherglen’s best produce to the city -
the special four course feast will feature free-range lamb & pork, grown on the grounds of All Saints Estate.
As Dusty showcases his experience from some of Melbourne’s best Italian kitchens,
both chefs will serve up delicious dishes that allow this spectacular produce to shine.
 
All Saints Estate winemaker, Nick Brown will match a collection of their wines to the menu
& the Brown family sibling owners ​will be there to guide you through the hand-picked selections.
