A focused list is a good one, and that is what you get with sommelier Ben Knight. Always customer minded, this list presents an excellent set of local Victorian, wider Australian and Italian wine, in line with the cuisine, plus a little Champagne for good measure. Each wine listed is an excellent example of its type, hand selected for its merit, not fashion or ego. Most importantly, Knight lists wine that people want to drink. The selection has slimmed down from previous years though it is no less charming.
